Dr. Gökhan Özdinç Assistant General Manager of Technology, Data and Process Management

Gökhan Özdinç earned a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering (1997), MBA (1999) and Ph.D. in Business Administration (2006) from Boğaziçi University. Özdinç started his career in 1997 as a software engineer in Finansbank Information Technologies. He managed the Card Payment Systems Application Development, Software Architecture, Business Analysis, Project/Program Management, Digital Channels Application Development, Data Warehouse, and Business Intelligence teams until 2012. He also served as a Board Member in charge of Digital Banking and Data Management teams at IBTECH, the Information Technologies company of Finansbank, between 2012 and 2014. Having served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) in charge of Information Technologies and Operations teams at Aktifbank between 2014 and 2019, Özdinç also served as a Board Member at Aktifbank subsidiaries E-kent, NKolay, and Çalık Dijital during the same period. Özdinç joined Yapı Kredi in 2020 and worked as the Subsidiaries’ Application Development and IT Governance Director and the CIO of Yapı Kredi Invest. As of August 2021, he was appointed as the Assistant General Manager of Technology, Data and Process Management at Yapı Kredi Bank and a member of the Executive Committee. Özdinç has also been giving lectures in the Management Information Systems and Business Administration Departments at Boğaziçi University since 2007.

Yakup Doğan Assistant General Manager of Limitless Banking

After graduating from the Business Administration Department at Çukurova University, Yakup Doğan started his career at İş Bank as an Assistant Specialist in 1992. He held senior management positions at Osmanlı Bank between 1996 and 2001, where he was in charge of the development of Retail Banking, Credit Cards and Alternative Distribution Channels. Having joined Koçbank as Alternative Distribution Channels Manager in 2001, Doğan continues to serve as Assistant General Manager in charge of Alternative Distribution Channels (Limitless Banking) at Yapı Kredi since 2009, following the merger of Yapı Kredi and Koçbank in 2006. Doğan has also been an Executive Committee Member since October 2020, and a Board Member at Yapı Kredi Teknoloji A.Ş., Yapı Kredi Finansal Teknolojiler A.Ş., Yapı ve Kredi Bankası A.Ş. Mensupları Yardım ve Emekli Sandığı Vakfı, and Tanı Pazarlama ve İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş.

Özden Önaldı Board Member

Özden Önaldı graduated from Istanbul Technical University with a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and earned an Executive MBA from Koç University. She started her professional career as a Project Consultant at SAP in 1999. Continuing her career in the banking sector, Önaldı worked in the Alternative Distribution Channels department at Osmanlı Bank. She then joined Garanti Bank, where she led numerous strategic projects at various management levels in the areas of CRM & Marketing, Strategic Planning, IT, and Human Resources. Having joined Koç Holding in 2016, Özden Önaldı last served in the Human Resources and Industrial Relations Department, focusing on digital transformation, agile transformation, and senior management leadership development. As of February 2022, Önaldı was appointed as Assistant General Manager and Executive Committee Member in charge of Human Resources Organization & Internal Services Management, and as of March 2023, she has been a Board Member of Yapı Kredi Teknoloji, Yapı Kredi Invest, Yapı Kredi Factoring, and Yapı Kredi Leasing.

Demir Karaaslan Assistant General Manager of Financial Planning and Financial Affairs

Demir Karaaslan graduated from the Department of Business Administration (English) at Marmara University in 1999, and started his career as an Assistant at PricewaterhouseCoopers between September 1999 and December 2004, ultimately serving as Audit Manager. After joining Koçbank in January 2005, he served as Budget Planning Director and then Head of the Planning and Control Department. Following the merger of Koçbank and Yapı Kredi in 2006, he served as Planning and Control Director until May 2011 and then as Planning and Control Group Director. As of January 2016, he was appointed as Assistant General Manager in charge of Retail Loans. He has been serving as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in charge of Financial Planning and Financial Affairs since March 2020. Karaaslan continues to serve as a Board Member at various subsidiaries of Yapı Kredi. He was also a Board Member of the Credit Bureau and a member of the Risk Management Committee of the Banks Association of Türkiye.

Mehmet Erkan Özdemir Assistant General Manager of Compliance, Internal Control and Risk Management

Mehmet Erkan Özdemir graduated from the Department of Economics at Middle East Technical University in 1989 and served as a Sworn-in Bank Auditor on the Sworn-in Bank Audit Board of the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency between April 1994 and August 2001. Having joined Koç Holding in September 2001, Özdemir worked as Audit Coordinator responsible for the financial companies of the Group in the Koç Holding Audit Group Department. Özdemir was appointed as Compliance Officer and Assistant General Manager of the Compliance Office in April 2008. Özdemir served as Assistant General Manager in charge of Compliance and Internal Control between October 2013 and October 2020, and as of October 2020, he has been serving as Assistant General Manager in charge of Compliance, Internal Control and Risk Management.
